QA/QC Introduction
We have a supervisor & 13 QCs in the factory. The QC uses AQL 2.5/4.0 for the production and issue a daily report to the supervisor. The supervisor reviews the reports and issues a general report to the factory director. The QC does not stay in the same production line for a long time, he will move to another production line each 3 months. The goods are 100% by the IQC in each production team.
